Responsible in improving clients Organic Search results. Creating and launching SEO campaigns, identifying areas of improvement, running Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns and improving clients site rankings in major Search Engines.

 

Responsibilities:

Analyze the client website (on page/off page analysis)

Optimize the site to ensure maximum rankings for targeted keywords and generate high traffic

Strong understanding of major search engine algorithms

Use best SEO practices to acquire qualified traffic from both, an acquisition and conversion standpoint

Understanding of SEO best practices, web architecture and basic HTML CSS and code structure as it relates to SEO

Proficiency with web analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics

Outstanding data analysis skills and fluency with performance metrics and ROI analysis

Link Building, Forum Participation, Article submission

Directory & Blog Submission, Blog Commenting

Expert knowledge of SEO campaign management tools

Expert knowledge and direct experience with managing paid search campaigns directly through Google Adwords

Knowledge of online advertising models like CPC, CPM, CPL etc. preferable

Should have good communication skills

Ability to work and think independently while taking ownership of projects

Strong general computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience in Excel is critical encompassing building reports with pivot tables and formulas

 

Professional Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process

Experience working with Word Press and updating content in multiple CMS environments

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration

Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools

Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources.
