SENIOR AI CONSULTANT

Job Description:
As a Senior AI Consultant, you will work with senior business leaders in defining data and AI strategies. You will translate business goals into data-driven solutions and identify new data-driven business opportunities, products, and services for our clients. You will concept data ecosystems, data partnerships, and “data as a business” solutions. You will drive business change through the deployment of new analytics ways of working and ensure that people are onboard with the change.
You have a solid background in machine learning and analytics, having possibly been a practicing Data Scientist yourself. You know the needed technical, process, and people enablers for getting the most out of data. You can translate top-level business questions into detailed data and ML concepts. You are not afraid to code yourself if needed. You like to stay on top of the latest technologies and are quick to adapt new promising ones.
Responsibilities:
Define data-driven business opportunities for clients in versatile industries
Make concepts for data and ML-driven business models, products, and services
Conceptualize and translate complex data opportunities into end-to-end execution cases including technological solutions, data gathering and storage, privacy, data processing and machine-learning algorithms, insights, and visualization
Calculate business cases to support your recommendations
Act as a project/program manager driving data execution projects forward
Effectively communicate insights to business stakeholders and drive business change
Drive the development of Anshals analytics product portfolioWhat we hope you can bring to the table
Master’s/PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or alike
Good understanding of Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence methodologies
Good understanding of Analytics Enablers, i.e. what is needed to execute analytics is a large scale to make a business impact (Big Data technologies, data management, processes, etc.)
Previous work experience in an in-house Data and Analytics role, or in an Analytics Consultant role in a suitable consulting firm
Strategic, creative, conceptual and curious mind, excited about new ideas, solutions, and technologies
Good networker and communicator
Effective project management skills
Demonstrated results orientation
